new hair

For those of you who have been reading my blog since its inception (maybe that’s just me) and those of you who know me in real life, you know that I am no stranger to new hairstyles. I have been very fortunate in the hair and forehead department in that I can do just about anything with my hair and it grows like a weed.

Up until I chopped my hair off in the middle of my mission, it had been long and blond for years. And even after that, I didn’t really do much with it post-mission. It was still blond and varied in length occasionally, but nothing to drastic. And then I started working at a salon…
I have had all kinds of crazy styles over the past eight years and I’ve added colors, although up until last November, I would have always been able to call myself a “blond.” And then I decided that it was time for a major change. While I no longer want the crazy styles that were appropriate while working for a trendy salon, I do always want to keep my hair updated and fun and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE trying new styles (especially when I have a stylist as good as the famous Christie Somers).
Feb. 9 – I love my hair!
So, the picture is from my iPhone and it’s dark…not the best quality (plus it’s the end of the day and I look a little hashed), but it’s a super cute, very dark, A-line bob and I LOVE it!

  2. I love your new hair. You look fabulous as a brunette. I am a fan of the A-Line bob, as I have one myself too. I wish my hair grew as fast as yours. You look wonderful! I am glad that you are blogging again. I will try to comment more and keep better in touch. Take Care!!!!
