the month of love

I have been trying to figure out how to break back into the world of blogging…but every time I start it just seems soooo overwhelming. I haven’t blogged anything since November. That’s a long time. Lots has happened. My life is so full and so busy and I do want to keep in touch with my blogger friends (well, I know there are at least a couple of you who still check this from time to time). Unfortunately, after my summer in New York, nothing seems that exciting.
But I found a solution. Similar to how I have in years past done a month of gratitude in November, this is going to be my month of love. I want to be realistic, so it is just going to be one thing a day, but hopefully this will get me back into the blogging groove. So, to catch up, I will post for three days today:
Feb. 1 – I love graduate school! Seriously, it is in the top three when it comes to best decisions I’ve ever made.
Feb. 2 – I LOVE LOST!!! My brother got me hooked on the show AFTER season 4 (I watched all four seasons the summer of 2008), and I am in love with it. And I love sharing it with my brother, sister-in-law, and oldest nephew. Here are two screen shots from my text convos with them:

Feb. 3: I love my family!!! Even though I’ve been sick and quarantined for the last two weeks, I have had lots of phone calls and love. And tonight, when I finally got to hang out with my niece and nephew for two seconds, it was so fun to have them so excited to see me!
